Gold Automations is run by Brody Gold in Maryland. This page explains what information this website collects, why, and what you can do about it. Questions go to [email protected].
What we collect
- The contact form: your name, business name, phone number, email, and anything you type about your business.
- Booking a call: booking runs through Cal.com. It collects your name, email and the time you pick, under Cal.com's privacy policy.
- Questionnaires: before some calls, we send a short questionnaire through Tally. Tally collects the answers you give about your business, under Tally's privacy policy.
- Basic technical data: like any website, the servers that host this site may log your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the site secure and working.
This site does not use advertising trackers and does not sell or rent your information to anyone.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and schedule the call you asked for.
- To send you information about work you asked us about.
- To keep a record of our conversation so we do not ask you the same questions twice.
Text messages
Agreeing to texts on the contact form is optional. If you agree, we may text you about your inquiry only. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Your phone number and text consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing.
Who helps run this site
A few services process information for us so the site works: Cloudflare (hosting and cookie-free visit statistics), n8n (receiving form submissions), Google (sending us the form notification email), Zoho (our business email), Cal.com (booking), and Tally (questionnaires we send before calls). Each of these services has its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry details for as long as they are useful for working with you, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to see, correct or delete the information we have about you. We will respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is for business owners and is not directed at anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
